Product Description

Kai-Lan, often referred to as Chinese Kale, is a staple of Cantonese cuisine.  Our Sino-Japanese hybrid variety has bluish-green leaves that possess a hint of mustard flavour when had raw.  With flavours reminiscent of its close relatives broccoli and western kale, Chinese Kale is best prepared either in a stir-fry after a light blanch, or steamed.
