Product Description

Dill has a long history of medicinal and culinary usage across Southern Russia, Western Africa and the Mediterranean region.  Revered for its antibacterial properties, this herb was oft-used by Hippocrates, the father of medicine, himself.  In the kitchen, the delicate sweet taste of the fern-like leaves is commonly used for flavouring fish and potato dishes.  We also recommend mixing it alongside cucumber into plain yoghurt in the height of summer for a tasty, refreshing dip.
